Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 20, 2026
Dima Shorts Farm ("the App") is a private tool for producing, reviewing and managing YouTube Shorts on channels connected with the channel owner's permission. This policy describes how information is accessed and used when the App connects to Google and YouTube services.
1. Information we access
Depending on the permissions granted through Google's OAuth consent screen, the App may access basic information needed to identify the selected YouTube account or channel, YouTube channel details, and video-related data required to upload videos, manage video metadata and schedule publication. The App receives OAuth credentials to make authorized API requests. We do not request Google account passwords.
2. How information is used
Google user data is used only to connect the selected YouTube channels, verify authorization, upload or manage videos at the operator's direction, retrieve relevant upload information and support the App's content workflow. The App does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or unrelated profiling.
3. Storage and security
OAuth tokens and workflow data may be stored in the operator-controlled application environment to keep authorized channel connections working. Access should be restricted to the operator. Credentials must not be embedded in publicly accessible website files. Reasonable safeguards are used to limit unauthorized access, though no storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
4. Sharing and third-party services
Information is sent to Google and YouTube APIs as necessary to perform authorized actions. We do not sell or share Google user data with data brokers or third-party advertisers. Google's services are governed by their own policies, including the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service.
5. Retention and deletion
Authorization credentials are retained only while needed to operate a connected channel and may be deleted when access is disconnected. The operator may revoke the App's access through Google Account third-party connections. Revoking access prevents new authorized API actions but does not automatically delete content previously published to YouTube.
6. Your choices
You can decline requested permissions or revoke them later. Without appropriate permission, YouTube upload and management functions will not work. Questions about account data, access or deletion can be directed to the application developer using the developer contact information provided on the Google OAuth consent screen.
7. Google API Services User Data Policy
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated if the App's functionality or data practices change. An updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
