Terms of Service

These Terms of Service describe the intended use of Dima Shorts Farm ("the App"), a private creator-operated workflow for YouTube Shorts production and publishing.
1. Authorized use
The App is intended only for channels owned or managed by a person who has expressly authorized access. Users must hold the necessary rights to publish all submitted video, audio, imagery and metadata.
2. YouTube integration
The App may use the YouTube Data API to upload videos, edit metadata, review upload status and schedule publication, subject to granted permissions. Use of the App must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service, relevant Google API terms and applicable law. Google and YouTube are separate third-party services and are not affiliated with or endorsing this App.
3. Editorial responsibility
The channel operator remains responsible for approving content and for checking accuracy, ownership, compliance, privacy and publication settings before a video is uploaded or published.
4. Availability
Features may be interrupted by network failures, authentication expiration, API quota limits, platform changes or third-party service outages. No guarantee of uninterrupted operation is provided.
5. Access and termination
Google authorization can be revoked at any time through Google Account settings. Revoking permission may disable channel-management features. The operator may discontinue use of the App at any time.
6. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised as the App develops. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
